The working principle of jet induced air flotation machine is to use a circulating water pump (jet pump) to absorb air into the water system through jet flow, forming a mixed state of air and water. The mixed liquid of air and water enters four waterfall air regulators through a dissolved gas tank and returns to the equipment through the release head. The bubbles treated by the release head have smaller particle sizes, which adhere to the flocs and float to the surface, thereby separating pollutants in the water. The pollutants are collected at different positions of the equipment and discharged into the lower oil tank or mechanized clarification tank. The purified water can be reused. The equipment has an advanced jet type dissolved gas system, which realizes multi-stage series flotation and improves the removal rate of oil or suspended solids.
